I built pogi to test cloud code locally without an emulator per service or a test account. It's one Go binary that serves 181 services across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure on one port. The official SDKs, CLIs, Terraform and the CDK work unchanged, and there's a web console, IAM checks, chaos rules, snapshots built in and much more... Some services are deep, others cover the common calls; the coverage page is honest about which. MIT licensed, no account.
