I built BScaff, a CLI tool for saving and reusing project structures, templates, files, and text snippets. It can serve as a URL bookmark tool as well. It started with project scaffolding, but I wanted something more general-purpose: a tool that could save almost any reusable starting point and bring it back whenever needed. For each language, I had a specific way of structuring projects that I have refined over years, but I could not find any tool which can quickly help to generate such scaffolding quickly.
